VK wages


To create a partial service wage Do you click in the menu positions on .

The window imputed employees will be opened. On the left-hand side, they are all recorded in the address manager imputed employee shown in a directory tree. The wage data of the selected imputed employee is displayed on the right-hand side.

Mark the imputed employee that you need for the preliminary costing of your position. Hold down the mouse button and drag the imputed employee into your LV and drop him (drop) on the position to which you want to add the partial service wage.

A new partial service becomes the position wage created and shown in the position tree.

The tab on the right-hand side of the screen appears for the added partial service Preliminary calculation open. Enter the data required for the preliminary costing of the partial service:

Partial service

The name of the selected imputed employee is taken from the master data. By clicking you can switch directly to the master data again.

External service

Enable Select this option if the partial service is a subcontracting service or a service that is not performed by the company. The partial service automatically becomes the cost type Strange added.


The calculated wage per minute of the selected employee is taken from the master data.

Time approach

Enter how many minutes the accounting employee needs to produce a unit of measure for the item.

  • The will help you to manually calculate the quantity calculator. Open the box Quantity approach the context menu with the right mouse button and select the entry calculator.

The level of difficulty stored for the position is displayed here and for calculating the time .


The program automatically calculates the time from:
Time = time approach * level of difficulty


If necessary, store an internal information text for the partial service. The remark can be on the printout Preliminary calculation issued.

Costs per unit

The program automatically calculates the costs per service unit from:
Costs per LE = price * time

Calculation price

The price determined from all stored partial services for the item.

total time

From the entered time approaches, the program determines the personnel time required for the entire position and later for the entire course.
