Profitability analysis after deduction of fixed costs

Result calculation after deduction of the target DB including the target calculation

  • Profitability Analysis
    • The Target DB per productive hour (in the example above: EUR 20,23) is necessary to cover all costs in the company. You determine this with the help of the planned cost calculation and define it for each work area or course together with the surcharge rates (see chapter Surcharge calculation 1 Calculation method)
    • The Result based on target DB is the result depending on the calculated number of hours and not on the amount of the offer price.
  • Target calculation
These two values are particularly interesting for site organization and processing:
    • The Total hours is the number of hours (e.g. 2,00 hours) that you have calculated for the position or for the course.
    • The Specification for reaching target DB is the number of hours (e.g. 1,74 hours) that are used to achieve the calculated profit.

If the entire calculated time (total hours) is required for the construction site or for a position, all costs are covered, but no profit is made. The construction site should therefore be organized in such a way that the construction site is completed in the time it takes to reach the target DB.
