TIME Import

Description

With the app DATAflor TIME You can quickly and easily record employee and device hours, delivery notes and daily reports on your smartphone or tablet. The data is transferred to your office with one click and is immediately available there for post-calculation.

Application

  1. Download the app DATAflor TIME from the Play Store or App Store on your smartphones or tablets.
  2. Close in Cloud manager the desired number of subscriptions and assign them to their devices.
  3. Connect The apps with BUSINESS.
  4. Set in App manager the data ready for acquisition.
  5. Capture on site Hours, Delivery notes and Daily reports.
  6. Transfer The data BUSINESS.
  7. Import The data in the final costing.

Booking import

If new data is available for import, DATAflor BUSINESS a corresponding notification on the symbol for the TIME import on. Do you click in the menu BUSINESS in the group Post calculation on the entry TIME Import.

The booking import is started. Is there data from one of your TIME Apps are available, they will be imported automatically. To import new data while working in the import, click in the menu TIME on . The booking records are now displayed for control and possible neighbors.

The area for displaying columns can be opened by collapsing the area Place of booking and construction file be enlarged.

  • Your table is automatically grouped by construction sites. This grouping can be customized or extended directly. To do this, simply drag the corresponding field upwards. Additional view filters can be used to filter by site manager or team.

  • Posting rates in the Rework with are not included in the BUSINESS Post calculation accepted.
  • Booking records marked in red are automatically marked for post-processing.
  • By clicking in the selection box you can mark selected data records manually.

Place of booking and construction file

Is the option Save booking location im App manager activated, the map shows where the construction site is located and where the mobile device was located at the time of booking.

If data is available in the construction file for the assigned construction site, this is displayed in the lower right area. You have the usual filters and groupings of the construction file at your disposal. Furthermore, the period can be limited.
