Description

You can save on the hard drive Import image files as well as all already in BUSINESS Transfer saved images: from the Plant management, from the material management, from the DATAflor Construction file as well as from Picture.

Import images

To import images, first mark the desired hierarchy or position in the position tree to which you want to add images and open the tab on the right-hand side of the screen Pictures. The associated menu Pictures is displayed.

Do you click in the menu Pictures on .

The File selection dialog will be opened. Select the desired image file or with Ctrl or Shift several image files and confirm with [To open].

The picture or pictures are inserted on the tab.

import via drag & drop

The images can also be quickly sent via Drag and drop from the Windows Explorer insert.

To do this, mark the desired picture or with Ctrl or Shift several images and simply drag and drop them onto the tab Pictures.

The picture or pictures are inserted on the tab.

take over from plant management

All in the Plant management deposited Plant pictures can be added to positions or hierarchies.

You can choose from the pictures of the plants that:

pre-calculated for the marked position,
Part of the marked list of plants or
are precalculated in a position in the selected hierarchy.

To transfer plant images from the plant management, first mark the desired hierarchy or position in the position tree to which you want to add images and open the tab on the right-hand side of the screen Pictures. The associated menu Pictures is displayed.

Then click in the menu . If several plants are precalculated for the selected hierarchy, position or plant list, a selection dialog opens. All plants are listed for which a picture is stored in the plant management. Select the plant and confirm with [Choose picture].

All images are displayed that are stored in the plant management for the selected plant.

If you click on the desired image in the film strip, the selected image is displayed in large format. By clicking in the toolbar you transfer the selected picture to the position, hierarchy or plant list.

The image is on the tab Pictures inserted. If necessary, take over additional pictures for the position / hierarchy.

take over from material management

All in the material management deposited Material images can be added to positions or hierarchies.

The images of the articles are available for selection, which are precalculated for the marked position or in a position of the marked hierarchy.

To transfer material images from material management, first select the desired hierarchy or position in the position tree to which you want to add images and open the tab on the right-hand side of the screen Pictures. The associated menu Pictures is displayed.

Then click in the menu . If several articles are precalculated for the selected hierarchy or position, a selection dialog is opened. All material articles are listed for which a picture is stored in the material management. Select the material and confirm with [Choose picture].

All images are displayed that are stored in the material management for the selected material.

If you double-click on a line, the associated picture is displayed.

Put on the picture you want in the column Favourite a . By clicking in the toolbar you transfer the selected picture to the position or hierarchy.

The image is on the tab Pictures inserted. If necessary, take over additional pictures for the position / hierarchy.

from DATAflor Take over construction file

All in the DATAflor Construction file deposited Pictures can be added to positions or hierarchies using drag & drop.

After selecting the LV position, first open the tab Documents. in the menu Documents select the function Comfort search.

The search opens. The various search options are in the chapter Comfort search described in detail. Find the image you want.

Leave the search open and mark the hierarchy or position you want to add images to in the position tree. Open the tab on the right side of the screen Pictures. The associated menu Pictures is displayed.

Select the picture or with Ctrl or Shift Select several pictures in the comfort search that you want to transfer to the position / hierarchy and drag and drop them into the tab Pictures.

The image or images are on the tab Pictures inserted. If necessary, take over additional pictures for the position / hierarchy.

take over from photo

Alone Picture deposited Pictures can be added to positions or hierarchies using the clipboard.

First open the program part Picture by opening the tab Picture in project management.

Then select an image or with Ctrl or Shift several pictures that you want to include in the position / hierarchy. The various search options are in the chapter Image search described in detail. By clicking in the menu Picture copy the marked images to the clipboard.

Then switch to your course, mark the desired position / hierarchy in the position tree and open the tab on the right-hand side of the screen Pictures. The associated menu Pictures is displayed.

By clicking in the menu Pictures add the pictures from the clipboard to the position / hierarchy.

The image or images are on the tab Pictures displayed. If necessary, take over additional pictures for the position / hierarchy.
