External database access
Description
External programs and web services can have access to all or selected data of yours BUSINESSdatabase.
Use this function for example:
- for connecting external programs and web services for evaluating and controlling your company data such as
- or other systems and services such as time recording
How external DB access works:
- The data is provided by setting up individual database views.
- Programs running on the same computer as DATAflor BUSINESS (individual workstation or network workstation) installed can be accessed directly using the ODBC driver BUSINESS-Access database.
- Web services access via RESTAPI-Interface (from DATAflor or external providers) on the BUSINESSdatabase too.
