Description

The tab Overview summarizes all relevant position data in a clear table. You can easily edit your position data from here.


Table layout

Adapt the layout of the item overview table to your needs.

Column selection

By clicking on the plus in the upper left corner of the table you can call up the column selector. Here you can add or deselect columns.

Hide Columns

Columns can be hidden quickly by dragging and dropping (clicking and dragging) the column header up out of the table.

Layout templates

Also by clicking on the plus in the upper left corner of the table you can click on the tab Layout templates save and load the adjusted representation of the table.
For this purpose, the Derive layout template from current table, save, duplicate, delete, export, import and apply the layout template to current table.

Move columns

By moving the column headers using drag & drop, you can determine the order of the columns individually.

Adjust column width

To enlarge or reduce columns, click on the edge of the column header and drag and drop the column to the desired width. To adapt the column width to the content, you just have to double-click on the right edge of the column header.

The following keyboard shortcuts are also available for convenient navigation:

Sortable list

By activating the button sortable list in the menu positions the table is presented to you in a flat list without hierarchies, so that you can sort it according to your needs, eg by total or unit price. By clicking on the column header you get an ascending or descending sorting based on the selected column. Sorting always refers to the last selected column.
Also you can in the sortable list filter the data in all columns by entering a text or value. Click in the text line below the column header and enter the filter term. To delete a column filter, click on the symbol on the right .


Filter hierarchy

By activating the button Filter hierarchy in the menu positions only the LV structure below the hierarchy currently selected in the position tree is displayed in the overview.


Edit quantity / price

In the table the values ​​are in the columns Quantity (LV), unity, approx amount, factor, Einheitspreis and Total editable. Click in the desired field and enter the new values ​​for one or more items.

When you leave the respective field, the associated values ​​are automatically recalculated:

  • When changing the Quantity (LV) and / or des Unit price is in the column Total the total price of the item is updated.
  • When changing the total price in the column Total will the Einheitspreis the position updated.

Edit position texts

Next to the position table is the tab position texts with the short and long texts belonging to the position. The texts can be edited here or in the text editor, which can be opened by double-clicking on the text.

In addition to the most important Position data stand you above the Column selection of the plus menu the following additional columns are available:

Quantity origin

Are there more to the LV? quantity origins in the form of Quantity approaches, Proof of quantities or Quantity proof summary you can look at the columns for each source of quantity for comparison purposes amount, factor and Total display.

Revenue account

The gap Revenue account shows the position on the tab assignment deposited revenue account.

Mark

The gap Mark is part of Position marking. You can mark positions and hierarchies individually in the column in the form of symbols. If required, several symbols can also be set for each hierarchy or position. With a mouseover, the designations stored for the symbol are displayed in a tool tip.

degree of completion

When subscribing to the DATAflor PROJECT app the column suits you % degree of completion (MA) available in all construction site tenders. There is a continuous data comparison between DATAflor BUSINESS and the DATAflor PROJECT app instead.

calculation

The percentage of completion is determined. Here, the quantity approach is always set in relation to the LV quantity.

Degree of completion of the position
  • Quantity approach / item quantity * 100
  • Completed Positions always have a degree of completion of 100 percent.
  • With an item quantity of 0,00, the degree of completion is always 0 percent.
  • With a quantity approach of 0,00, the degree of completion is always 0 percent.

In the position overview

Construction site hours of the item without special item types / construction site hours of the hierarchy without special item types.
The special item types include Alternative, Choice-, Requirement items without BP and Unit price items.

In the data selection of print management

  • Also in the Data selection of the print management the quantity approach is always set in relation to the LV quantity, regardless of the selected quantity origin of the print.
  • For the LV printouts Invoice, AR, TR, SR and Credit only selected items are included in the calculation, including the selected special item types.
  • For the LV printouts confirmation of the order and Order LV only the selected items are included in the calculation. Selected special item types are not taken into account in the calculation.
Degree of completion at hierarchy level
  • Degree of completion of the item * Weight of the item
  • For the determination of the degree of completion at hierarchy level, only positions with stored construction site hours are taken into account.
  • If construction site hours are not stored for any position of a hierarchy level or for the entire LV, a constant distribution is made.
    Example: for a hierarchy/a LV with two positions without construction hours, each position is weighted with 0,5.
Dealing with PS/PL items and subordinate plant item types at item and hierarchy level
  • PS/PL items including the subordinate planting item types are not taken into account for the degree of completion, since they are not included in the total of the construction site hours at the hierarchy/LV level.
