In the App Manager you manage all changes affecting your apps. Depending on the subscription, you have access to the settings of the TEAM app and the TIME APP.
The TEAM can be adapted to your needs in the app manager.
For the TIME compile the data in the app manager that is required for NK recording on the construction site. This reduces the amount of data for the mobile device and provides your teams with exactly the data they need for clear and easy recording on the construction site. A data retrieval on the construction site or a free supplement on site are also possible and can be reworked in the office.

Open the App manager in the menu Program data in the group Mobile.

In this area certain Program areas the TEAM app can be deactivated. For example, if your employees should not be able to locate the geocapture beacons or should they not see which colleagues are absent, these functions can be deactivated.

For the display of the construction sites in the TEAM app, you can choose whether only the members of the respective team are to be seen or all resources planned on the construction site.

In the right area of ​​the App Manager you can see which ones Licenses are available for the TEAM app.

In the area Personalization you have the ability to customize the primary color of your apps. You can also do your here Logo deposit to instead of DATAflor Logos to use your own.

In the area Cover the standard image can be exchanged for an individual image of your company.

Any employee who has one or more mobile devices TIME Subscription in Cloud manager are assigned is shown here. The assignment of the data always applies to all of the employee's mobile devices.

The manual assignment works the same for all areas.

For example, select the entry in the directory tree on the left construction sites. All construction sites are now displayed on the right-hand side of the screen. Assignment from the project management
If the employee was defined as construction manager or responsible person in the order, the construction site is automatically assigned to the respective mobile device.

Planning from the construction site manager
If the employee was planned in the construction site manager, the construction site and the resources from his team are also assigned automatically.

In order not to have an unnecessarily large amount of data on the devices, only construction sites with a start or end time +/- 7 days from the current date are taken into account for the selection.

The automatic assignments of data can be done via the node TIME deactivated.

If live retrieval is activated, information about construction sites (employees, equipment, suppliers and LVs) that has not yet been planned can be accessed by your employees via their mobile device DATAflor Business Database can be retrieved.

The mobility service checks at intervals of 2 minutes whether changes have been made to the compositions and then transfers them automatically. The time of the last data transfer is shown in the bottom left of the app manager.
