Create working time group
Description
Include employees with the same annual working time models (JAM) in Working time groups together, for example full-time / part-time employees, site managers / workers, etc. Define a target time calendar with hours and days off for each working time group.
Hourly defaults tab
To create a new working time group, select the entry in the directory tree Settings and click in the menu Annual working time on .
A new working time group is displayed in the directory tree. On the right side of the screen, you make the settings for the target time calendar.
Make the following settings. The default values are that you have entered in the Basic settings have established.

Hours | If you have defined different hourly specifications for this working time group, select the hourly specification here, the data of which is displayed in the lower area. |

Holidays | In order to define separate holidays for a working time group, deactivate in the Basic settings the option Use the same holidays and working days for all working time groups. |
Working days | To define separate working days for a working time group, deactivate the Basic settings the option Use the same holidays and working days for all working time groups. |
Pay holidays | Uncheck the option , no hours need to be recorded in the recalculation and in Hours-target-actual comparison no target hours are kept. To make the setting for a working time group separately, deactivate the Basic settings the option Use the same holidays and working days for all working time groups. |
Target hours table | Define the number of monthly target hours. There are two ways to do this: a) Enter the daily target hours for each weekday and month. There are several in the context menu via the right mouse button Accessibility to disposal. The total target hours per month are calculated. b) Enter in the column Total the total target hours per month. When you leave the input field, the values for the days of the week are automatically removed. |
Start of work / breaks tab
As a basis for planning in Construction site manager you can save the daily start of work and the break times for each working time group.
To add another start of work or another break, open the selection menu via the green plus symbol and activate the entry New start to work or New break.
Calendar tab
To define further public holidays and non-working days for a working time group, deactivate the Basic settings the option Use the same holidays and working days for all working time groups. Then open the tab for the working hours group on the right side of the screen Calendar.
To change the properties of a single day, double-click the day in the calendar with the left mouse button. The dialogue Edit calendar day will be opened.
Make the following settings:

To change the properties of a day in the following years or for several days at the same time, click in the menu Annual working time on .
The dialogue Serial appointment will be opened.
Make the following settings:
Confirm your settings with [OK].
Subordinate working time groups
To manage several working time groups, you can combine them into groups in the directory tree, e.g. to differentiate between branches according to federal states with different public holidays.
To create a subordinate working time group, select the future working time group in the directory tree and click in the menu Annual working time on .
In the directory tree, a new working time group is displayed below the selected working time group. On the right side of the screen, make the settings for the target time calendar as described above.
Subsequent changes on the tab Calendar for the superordinate working time group can optionally be automatically transferred to all subordinate working time groups.
