Administration in DATAflor BUSINESS
Description
As soon as a drawing has been linked, it is in DATAflor BUSINESS visible. If a linked service specification or offer is marked within the project management, a new tab with the name appears on the right Map. All linked drawings are listed here.
If a drawing is selected, the will appear below Drawing information. In addition to the location and size, the date of the last processing is also visible.
Entries colored in red for location indicate a drawing file that no longer exists or that the file is no longer in the previously specified location.
If the file has been moved to another folder, for example, the link can be re-established immediately, as it is internally with the unique Identification Number (ID) is being worked on. In order to activate the coupling again, you only have to open the drawing and carry out the update in the object manager.
Coupling options and consistency behavior
For coupling masses to DATAflor BUSINESS Depending on the intended use, there are several options for transferring the quantities.
Direct transfer of quantities to position
The masses from the CAD drawing are transferred to a special mass field, the CAD amount. This amount may not match the documented amount one hundred percent, as the CAD amount is calculated with 16 decimal places, while the mass documentation is transferred and calculated with the values shown in the plan (depending on the configuration) with 2-3 decimal places.
In the LV basic data can be set that the CAD quantity = item quantity is. The default setting for this option is always deactivated.
The CAD amount is the same as that of DATAflor CAD determined route, area or volume of the objects.
If the option is activated, the CAD quantity is entered directly as the item quantity. If changes are made in the drawing, the item quantity is then updated immediately.
If the item quantity is in DATAflor BUSINESS entered manually or using the function Edit quantities changed, it will no longer be overwritten by the CAD quantity. For a renewed update, the item quantity must be manually reset to the value 0.
In gardening and landscaping it is often necessary to have the option CAD quantity = item quantity to deactivate, since the dimensions are already specified by the architect and therefore only the comparison is interesting.
Indirect transfer of quantities to positions
Is the option CAD quantity = item quantity deactivated, the quantities determined in CAD are saved as CAD quantities in DATAflor BUSINESS and therefore have no influence on the number of items. If changes are made in the drawing, only the CAD quantity is updated.
An Overview (Comparison of CAD quantity / quantity verification / item quantity) is displayed if a title is selected in the specification of services and then on the tab Mass target / actual is changed.
If now, once in the LV basic settings, the option CAD quantity = item quantity is activated and then deactivated again, the CAD quantities are taken over once as item quantities and then no longer. This approach represents a very safe way to work.
Item quantities from the quantity evidence or preliminary measurement
Another option is to take over the item quantities from the quantity statement. (see Object Manager> Documentation) The option CAD quantity = item quantity in the LV basic data should be deactivated, otherwise the item quantity will be immediately overwritten by the CAD quantities.
After writing the quantity certificate (see Documentation > Create quantity proof) can in DATAflor BUSINESS via the menu Edit> Pre-measurement> Invitation to tender or offer quantities the quantity of the quantity certificate can be entered as the item quantity. GaLaBau companies use this function to write invoices from the documented quantities. This can also be done by printing the invoice: option Quantities from quantity evidence in the print settings.
Remove the association
In DATAflor BUSINESS the assignment of the drawing to the specification of services or offer can also be removed.
To do this, mark the corresponding drawing and click the right mouse button Delete assignment called. After a security query (to delete the quantity lines and the assignment in the database), all quantities coming from the drawing (item and CAD quantities) are removed and the specification of services or offer is recalculated. The quantity statement lines can be used with Delete quantity statement lines be removed separately.
However, the drawing file itself still has the information that a link exists. If the update is carried out the next time the drawing is called up, all quantities will be entered again in the specification of services or offer.
The writing of the proof of quantity must be started manually. Either in the context menu via Mass list > 
Produce or over [Produce] in dialogue Documentation.
If the coupling information is also to be removed from the drawing, the existing LV mass tree structure can be included 
or the Delbutton in the object manager mass tree can be converted to a normal mass tree. You can find more information on the associated specifications here: assignment.
Further information
At the title level, the individual items are compiled on the right. From the point of view of the CAD connection, the columns are Quantity, Mass list and CAD quantity interesting.
The gap Quantity indicates the item quantity. On the one hand, this can only be filled out from CAD (if basic data in the LV CAD quantity = item quantity is activated), on the other hand it can be filled by manual entries so that the item quantity deviates from the quantity determined from CAD.
The gap Mass list lists the calculation result of the quantity verification (preliminary measurement). On the one hand, this can be filled exclusively from CAD, but on the other hand, it can also be supplemented by manual entries. Therefore, the mass list quantity and the CAD quantity do not have to match. Rounding differences can also have an influence.
The gap CAD quantity indicates the sum of all coupled objects for the position. This can also be a sum that comes from several drawings.
All CAD objects belonging to this LV are listed according to drawings. As soon as an object is selected below the drawing, the quantity information in the properties and the assignment to the position appear in the lower area.
