Informationspflicht

At the time personal data is collected in DATAflor BUSINESS / AVA, the data subject must receive the following information:

• the contact details of the Responsible person
• if applicable, the contact details of the Data Protection Officer
• the purpose for which the personal data are to be processed
• the duration for which the data will be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria for determining this duration
• the right to information about the personal data concerned
• the right to rectification or deletion
• the right to withdraw consent at any time
• the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
• possibly the Origin of the data

If the purpose for which a person's data is processed is to be changed, the person concerned must be informed of this other purpose before further processing.

The manner in which the information obligation is fulfilled is not prescribed by law. In DATAflor BUSINESS / AVA you can meet your information obligation as follows:

If you have stored the mandatory data protection information on your website, for example, you can integrate a link to this page in the footer texts of offers, order confirmations and invoices. in the Form manager you can predefine footer texts for this purpose, which are then adopted by default for printing.

Another possibility is to write a corresponding letter. The Central Association of German Crafts has a suggested wording on its homepage www.zdh.de ready. Save the letter as a template (RTF file) for quick and easy creation of Address letters. These can be sent as a letter, fax or e-mail (file attachment in PDF / A3 format).

Owner of the logged in user has access to the DATAflor Construction file, a copy can be automatically saved as PDF / A3 when creating an address letter in order to document the wording, creation and, if applicable, the date of dispatch.

DATAflor Construction file you also have the option of different Word templates to create. You can also use the numerous text modules that are automatically filled in by the program and create personalized letters quickly and easily.
