Export list

Description

All Addresses, which are displayed in a table, can be exported as a text file. That means Addresses out:

Application

  1. Open a search or selection with the ones to be exported Addresses and contacts.
  2. Choose the menu Multiple processing / export.

  3. Select in the menu Export list.
  4. Format the table for export.
    1. Column selection: You can call up the column selection by clicking on the plus symbol in the upper left corner of the table. Here you can add or deselect columns. The selection is immediately adopted in the table.

      For editing several at the same time Addresses export those Addresses including the internal record number by moving the table around the column Data record id expand. You can then use this number when importing the revised Addresses use for clear assignment. A detailed description of the procedure can be found here here.


    2. Move columns: Columns can be moved horizontally by clicking and holding.


    3. Sort by columns: By clicking on the column header you will get an ascending or descending sort based on the selected column. The sorting always refers to the last column selected.


  5. If necessary, adjust various settings for formatting the data record for export in the right-hand screen area.


  6. Mark all Addresses and contacts you want to export. If only your view Addresses contains for export, you do not have to mark them.

    No selection = all displayed data is selected.

  7. Click in the menu Start export.
  8. The dialog opens Save as.
  9. Enter under Filename a name for your export data and click on [To save].
