Comfort search

Description

In the comfort search of the Addresses You can quickly find a search result by selecting categories and querying the associated properties. You can limit your search geographically using the map and save your searches and selections.

There are different ways to start the comfort search:

  • Calling the Comfort search from the Menu.
  • Enter a search term in the Multi search.
  • Call up a search using the link in Tile head the home page.
  • Open a saved search from the comfort search.
  • Add an address other program areas e.g. invoice receipt.

Application

  1. Select the command in the menu Comfort search.
  2. The comfort search opens with an empty search mask.
  3. You will find the preset search categories on the left-hand side of the screen. Enter your search term in the Multi search or select the properties you want in the categories.
  4. The search result in the middle of the screen will be updated immediately.
  5. You can add further categories to the search by clicking on the plus symbol and selecting the one you want in the selection list Add category.
  6. To remove individual search options from the search, click on or remove the category by clicking on the plus symbol and deselecting the category in the selection list. Start a new search with an empty search mask by clicking on New.
  7. You have the option of your search Save or the result of the search that selectionto discard.
  8. You can also use Expert search refine or limit your search results geographically using the map.

Search by map

  1. Select the tab Map
  2. Your search result will be displayed on the map.
  3. If you want to limit your search result to a radius around a certain point, click on the map with the right mouse button on the center of your desired radius.
    1. Select in the context menu
      Radius around this point.
    2. An input field opens. Enter the desired number of kilometers (radius) and confirm your entry with Enter.
  4. With the help of the commands Polygon, rectangle and circle you can also delimit areas on the map or, for example, expand a radius.
    1. Select a drawing command from the small menu bar.
    2. Draw in the areas you want. A polygon is created with the command Close polygon closed with the right mouse button.
  5. In order to include the drawn areas in the searches, click with the right mouse button in the map and select the command in the context menu Accept selection in search.
  6. Switch to the tab Table.
  7. The result has been adjusted based on the limitation in the map.

Features

Plus symbol Adding categories.
Clear Filters Filter is active. One click resets the category filter.
Save Your search will be saved. If you have opened a saved search, the changes will be saved in the search. More information about Save.
Save as Allows the search to be saved under a different name or location. More information about Save as
Delete Deletes the opened saved search.
New Clears the search mask for a new search. More information about New Search
Switch to expert search If you switch to the expert search, your search options from the comfort search transferred to the expert search and you can expand your search with further options and refine your result
Save selection Saves the result of the search. More information about Save selection
Draw a polygon Select in the map by clicking with the left mouse button or via Enter the corner points of the polygon. To complete the polygon, click the right mouse button and choose Close polygon.
Draw a rectangle Select the first point on the map by clicking with the left mouse button and drag the rectangle to the desired size. Another click completes the drawing.
Draw a circle Select the center of the circle in the map by clicking with the left mouse button and drag it to the desired size. Clicking again completes the character.
Close polygon Closes the drawn polygon on the map.
Radius around this point At the point of the click, opens the input field in which you can enter the kilometer value for the radius. Enter completes the command and the perimeter appears on the map.
Accept selection in search The selection from the map is added to the search definition as a search criterion. By To run the search result is adjusted based on the new search criteria.
