AV contract

An AV contract (agreement for the processing of data on behalf) obliges the companies that process your data on your behalf to comply with the EU GDPR.

You are obliged to conclude an AV contract with your software and hardware supervisors because they could get access to your personal data, e.g. from customers or employees, during online support or on-site service.

Check whether you are working with other service providers who fall under this regulation (e.g. in the areas of payroll and financial accounting, cloud services, sending advertising letters, data carrier disposal).

In the address manager you can go to the address on the Privacy tab in The Field AV contract concluded specify whether you have concluded an AV contract with the company or person.

You can conveniently manage your AV contracts and other data protection-related documents with the DATAflor Construction file. Grouping these documents, for example in a category Privacy and a document type contract, helps you to quickly find the document in the document search and gives you a quick overview of all concluded AV contracts.
