Plant lists
Description
Set a plant position with the label for each plant P each plant is given its own item number. All plants one Plant list are listed under the item number of the plant list.
In BUSINESS are the item types Plant list PL and Planting list total PS to select. These differ in the way they are displayed in the printouts for quotations and invoices.
Example:
Pos 03.01 = P position
Pos 03.02 = PL position
Pos 03.03 = PS position
Plant list PL
For items with the indicator PL (Plant list) the individual plants are shown in the advert and on invoices individually within a position number. The total price (sum of all plants) is printed in brackets.
Create a new position with the license plate PL and define a position text.
click on 
in the menu positionsto plant the first plant. You will get the following selection window. Select the entry new plant.
A new position is displayed without a position number. The selection of the plant from catalogs on the Plant search is possible.
Planting list total PS
For items with the indicator PS (Plant list total) the individual plants are not shown individually in the offer and on invoices. Only the total price (sum of all plants) is printed.
Create a new position with the license plate PS and define a position text.
click on in the menu positionsto plant the first plant. You will get the following selection window. Select the entry new plant.
A new position is displayed without a position number. The selection of the plant from catalogs on the Plant search is possible.
