System Requirements BIMXPERT 2024

The following hardware and software is necessary or recommended for working with the program:

Installation is only possible on a 64-bit operating system. You benefit from increased system performance, especially with extensive calculations and demanding graphics.

• Windows 10, 11 and the latest operating system updates. Windows Mobile will not supports. We recommend the PRO version.
• The installation of Microsoft. NET Framework 3.5 is required.
• Networks: Installation on server operating systems is supported, we recommend installation on individual PCs.
• Processor: at least 3 GHz (Processor selection information) (ARM processors, partly installed in MacBooks and MS Surface not supported)
• Memory: 8 GB (Recommended 16 GB)
• Hard disk space: 2 GB (Recommended 6 GB)
• Monitor: Support 1080p resolution (Full HD)
• For using the DATAflor License server is at least the operating system Windows Server 2008 R2 thats it!

The requirements for direct access to the offers, specifications and quantities of DATAflor BUSINESS about VPN can be found in the chapter BUSINESS-Coupling via VPN.

• Administrator rights are required for the installation;
• Internet access (e-mail contact with the DATAflor Hotline / use of DATAflor Online service / access to the online libraries);

Graphic card:
We recommend using a dedicated graphics card:
at least 2 GB GPU with a bandwidth of 29 Gbit / s and compatible with DirectX 11.
The use of onboard graphics cards (e.g. from Intel or AMD) is not recommended and can lead to a reduction in performance. In the DATAflor Different models of NVIDIA graphics cards (GTX/RTX) are used in test environments; we generally advise against using NVIDIA Quadro cards.

Requirements / dependencies:

• A is installed on the computer for processing LV and quantity verifications directly in CAD DATAflor BUSINESS required from version 2022.
