Documentation

Description

A verifiable and REB-compliant documentation of the services provided is essential for a construction accounting. The combination of a Total station With a powerful CAD program and modern calculation software, the process is simplified many times over. The results are meaningful plans and a verifiable proof of quantity.

The documentation plays an important role in the construction billing, where, for example, in addition to the actual size of an area, proof of its calculation must also be provided. This generally applies to all objects and quantities within the settlement. There are different procedures for the different geometric bodies, which should be clarified with those involved in the planning beforehand. In DATAflor All common CAD methods are available: On the one hand, the purely graphic representation in CAD planning, on the other hand, the output of lists or the transfer to DATAflor BUSINESS and writing REB compliant Proof of quantities.

Only those objects can be documented that were previously in the Quick-Masses were recorded. Depending on the object type, there are different configurations and options in the tab Documentation to disposal. The default settings can be made using the Options define.

As soon as you have defined the documentation for the object type, you can lock these settings for the selected group and use them in the Theme Manager to save:

Lock unlockLocks the documentation so that changes to the documentation made in higher-level groups are not adopted.
Apply to New TopicThe documentation is saved in a new documentation sub-topic. The name of the group marked in the mass tree is used for this.
Apply to existing topicThe documentation is saved in the existing documentation sub-topic. If the selected group has not yet been assigned a topic, the documentation is saved in the standard system.

For a purely graphic documentation, working with the coupling is on DATAflor BUSINESS unnecessary. If a quantity certificate is to be generated, the objects must first be assigned to positions. For this you need the BUSINESS-Link. Alternatively, a proof of quantity can be generated for an imported GAEB file (see GAEB interface > GAEB import and export). No coupling is necessary here.
