File import

Description

Files can be added to the digital inbox via the Windows file selection dialog.

The file import is included in the demo version as well as in the standard scope of the digital inbox and is therefore always available to you.

Files of the following file types can be imported:

In order to comply with the requirements of the GoBD, the original file is saved in its original format and when it is included in the DATAflor Construction file kept as the first version of the document; the generated PDF file as a second version.

The invoice data is read from the XML part that is integrated in the PDF file.

Supported XML formats:
- Data format 1.0: CID (Cross Industry Document)
- Data format 2.0: CII (Cross Industry Invoice)
- UBL (Universal Business Languages)

X-invoice
The XML data is read out. The data is converted into a PDF file for viewing and invoice verification in the digital inbox. A standardized layout is used for this.
To comply with the requirements of the GoBD, the original XML file is saved and when included in the DATAflor Construction file kept as the first version of the document; the generated PDF file as a second version.

Supported XML formats:
- Data format 2.0: CII (Cross Industry Invoice)
- UBL (Universal Business Languages)
NK data * .xml For importing data that you have collected with third-party capture software.
The data is imported automatically as soon as a corresponding *.xml file is in the monitored directory of the Directory monitoring stored within your network. The data is immediately in your DATAflor BUSINESS is available for storage, management and analysis.

The data is imported automatically as soon as a corresponding file is in a monitored directory of the Directory monitoring within your network or in a monitored directory of FTP directory monitoring on one FTPserver is stored. The documents are immediately in your DATAflor Construction file displayed.

Import file

In the digital inbox, click on the function in the menu Import.


The Windows file selection dialog opens.

  • Select the file you want to import into your digital inbox.
  • Only files of the supported file types mentioned above are available for selection.
  • Confirm your selection with [To open].
