data minimization

For the collection of personal data, an address consists of numerous input fields that can be individually shown or hidden. The program should be set in such a way that the user only collects, processes and uses the data that is necessary for the required purpose (data minimization).

By default, the Acquisition of new addresses only the following data fields are displayed:

• Name and addition for company addresses
• Salutation, title, first name and surname for personal addresses
• an address field
• Phone number
• Mobile phone number
• Email address

During the Default of the address manager you can define that additional fields are shown or hidden by default.
