Done

With the command Done can activities to which a resubmission assigned to be marked as done. Only those activities can be carried out for which the resubmission is assigned to the logged-in user.
The status of the activity then changes in the properties of
Follow-up - in progress on
Follow-up - done
and is then no longer displayed in the Follow-up window.
