Document the call

With this command you can document a call to the currently selected address or to a contact. The documented call is saved in the activities

1. Click on the icon Call us by phone.
2. In the following window, give your call a meaningful name.
   
3. Created to is automatically filled by the currently selected address or the contact.
4. You assign another to the call Category and correct the date on which the call was made if necessary.
5. Under Participants you can record those involved in the conversation, differentiated between external and internal.
6. Then briefly note the most important content of the call or what is important to you in the text field.
