Command: GEEXPORT
Description
Worked out Triangulations can be transferred to Google Earth in the corresponding coordinate area with this function. This gives you the opportunity to view your planning in the real environment and thus create a perspective view, for example.
Application
- Open Google Earth.
- After calling up the command, select the triangulation that is to be transmitted.
- In the DATAflor CAD modeled surface is integrated into the Google Earth view.
Areas of the triangulation that are below the Google Earth surface cannot be displayed. The pure Representation of excavation is therefore not possible.
Functionality
The selected DTM object is transferred to Google Earth as a temporary location. In the sidebar of Google Earth (left) you will find this in the area Places the folder Temporary places. This information is also saved as a file (* .KML) in the user directory of DATAflor CAD in the folder Google Earth / models created that via the menu File> Open can be called again.
