Contour lines in the Smart DTM

Description

Isolines (contour lines in the terrain) are derived from a surface. When calculating isolines, a precisely defined terrain height is entered as a line on the surface.

For this purpose, individual settings (for each surface) can be made for the display and the drawing can be designed clearly.

Application

Öffnen Sie die Configuration via the tool symbol on the main page of the Smart-DTM.

The configuration DATAflor Standard is predefined and cannot be used change.
To define your own settings, first create from the DATAflor Standard one new configuration via the plus symbol. This template can then be used within the list Set as standard. To do this, check the box on the right.

In the area Surfaces check the box for that contour lineswhich can then be set individually.
You can the Colors changeby clicking on the respective color wheel. This opens a color palette in which you can select a color. For the Intervals can add values ​​for the Main contour and for the Lower contour be used. The main contour is usually the larger interval, the subcontour determines the smaller intermediate steps of the contour lines. Enter the desired values ​​in the appropriate field.

When you have completed these settings in the template, click Save and go back to the main page of the Smart-DTM.

In order to assign this template to the desired surface, open this surface and click on the Tool icon.

This takes you to the area where you can configure this one surface. Choose the one you want Vorlage and confirm with [OK].

[OK] transfers the changes to the current surface. The template is not changed.
Confirm the changes within the configuration with [To save], will the Template changed. This affects all surfaces to which this configuration is assigned.


The user interface is now displayed with the desired configuration. You can also make individual changes here that either only apply to this interface or are also changed in the template.

To quickly for a surface the Show or hide isolines the option Show isolines should be used.
