Example: device comparison
Description
The IAP evaluation area Device master data can help you, for example, to compare the costs and runtimes of the devices in a device group.
Application
Start the program part IAP, choose the area Device master data and confirm with [Continue].
Make the following settings:
- Do not restrict the device selection so that all recorded devices are taken into account for the evaluation.
Confirm the setting with [Continue].
Remove 
The check mark for that Quick view and use the functions for editing the layout:
- For example, group the records by Imputed deviceto compare the data of the devices in a device group with one another.
- Remove the columns like License-plateswhich are displayed by default but are not required for this evaluation.
- Add the columns Fixed costs pA, Fixed costs / h, Variable costs / h, Duration current year and Total running time added.
- Move the columns in the order you want.
- Sort the data by column designation.
If you save the layout, you can open the table in this layout the next time you evaluate it and save yourself having to select columns again, etc.
The overview of the selected master data can now help you to compare the costs and runtimes of the devices within a device group.
