Device master data

In the IAP evaluation area Device master data The entire master data of your registered devices and device groups are available to you.

Start the program part IAP, choose the area Device master data and confirm with [Continue].


The following window in which you can make your selection settings opens.


Device selection by selection
On the left-hand side of the settings window, the directory tree of your device management is displayed with all recorded device groups and devices. By clicking choose that evaluation for , only selected ones or just not selected Devices is created. For the simultaneous selection of several devices there are also over and the functions Select All and Cancel election is available for storage, management and analysis.

For example: The evaluation is only for the devices in the device group truck created.


Device selection according to device type
On the right side of the screen you can activate it the desired option in the evaluation devices only, only imputed devices or Devices and imputed devices considered.


Period for actual data
You can select a period for which you would like to take into account the data of the device recorded in the post-calculation in your evaluation, if for the device selection according to device type devices only is selected. By clicking on open the calendar where you can select the date.
In the evaluation, the actual data is divided into run time, taxes, insurance, fuel, lubricant, repair, other, maintenance (wages) and repairs (wages). For maintenance (wages) and repairs (wages), all wage types are taken into account for which the option Free wage type is set.

Confirm the selection settings made and confirm with [Continue].
The data is shown in a table in the quick view.

You can now use the data in the table displayed the exportierto edit them in other programs and on paper or as a PDF file print.
