Example: Determination of needs across several construction projects
Description
The IAP evaluation area LV pre-calculation can help you, for example, to create lists of requirements for several construction projects.
Application
Start the program part IAP, choose the area LV pre-calculation and confirm with [Continue].
Make the following settings:
- Use the Course selection through selection and select the construction projects for which you want to create a joint requirements list.
- Deselect
The options for taking into account the type of partial service Material, wage, Gerät and Other. The option Take into account partial output of the plant leave selected 
.
Confirm the setting with [Continue].
Remove 
The check mark for that Quick view and use the functions for editing the layout:
- Remove the columns like base Pricewhich are displayed by default but are not required for this evaluation.
- Add the columns LV number and LV designation added.
- Move the columns in the order you want.
- For example, group the records by matchcodeto display the total number of plants of the same type / variety and quality.
If you save the layout, you can open the table in this layout the next time you evaluate it and save yourself having to select columns again, etc.
The overview of the selected LV preliminary calculations can now help you to jointly assess the plant requirements of the selected construction project.
