Example: Construction site comparison according to LV IDs
Description
In the IAP evaluation area Construction site totals financial management you can, for example, compare costs and revenues of all construction sites in a work area according to LV IDs.
Application
Start the program part IAP, choose the area Construction site totals financial management and confirm with [Continue].
Make the following settings:
- Choose the one you want Workspace.
- Put the tick
so that for the evaluation the Material costs, Labor costs and Device costs be calculated. - Use the Course selection according to course status and select the entry only selected account.
- Then select the LV status BB and BEin order to only take into account construction sites under construction and completed.
Confirm the setting with [Continue].
Remove 
The check mark for that Quick view and use the functions for editing the layout:
- Remove the columns like Sum Si (Sum of the securities), which are displayed by default, but are not required for this evaluation.
- Add the column LV identifier added.
- Move the columns in the order you want.
- For example, group the records by LV identifier, in order to show the construction sites of a LV identifier together and to form the total over the individual columns.
If you save the layout, you can open the table in this layout the next time you evaluate it and save yourself having to select columns again, etc.
In the overview you can on the one hand compare the costs and revenues of the construction sites within a LV ID, and on the other hand using the total sums of revenues and costs of the LV IDs.
