Description
The IAP evaluation area Course basic data can help you, for example, to schedule the processing of new orders.
Start the program part IAP, choose the area Course basic data and confirm with [Continue].
Make the following settings:
- Use the Course selection according to course status and select the entry only consider selected ones.
- Then select the course status BAto only consider the planned construction sites.
Confirm the setting with [Continue].
Remove 
The check mark for that Quick view and use the functions for editing the layout:
- Remove the columns like Submission untilwhich are displayed by default but are not required for this evaluation.
- Add the columns Start of construction planned, Completion by, Construction hours and LV total added.
- Move the columns in the order you want.
- Group the records by Construction managerto view the open orders separately according to site managers.
If you save the layout, you can open the table in this layout the next time you evaluate it and save yourself having to select columns again, etc.
With the help of the overview of the planned start of construction, the agreed completion date and the number of calculated construction site hours of the construction sites that have not yet started, you can now assess which construction manager could process the new order and when.
