Example: submitting an offer
Description
The IAP evaluation area Course basic data can help you, for example, to meet the submission deadlines for offers for public tenders and offer deadlines agreed with private clients.
Application
Start the program part IAP, choose the area Course basic data and confirm with [Continue].
Make the following settings:
- Use the Course selection according to course status and select the entry only consider selected ones.
- Then select the course status LVin order to only consider service specifications for which an offer has not yet been printed / sent.
Confirm the setting with [Continue].
Remove 
The check mark for that Quick view and use the functions for editing the layout:
- Remove the columns like Object numberwhich are displayed by default but are not required for this evaluation.
- Add the columns Submission until, Submission time and Offer submitted on added.
- Move the columns in the order you want.
- Sort the data by column Submission until.
If you save the layout, you can open the table in this layout the next time you evaluate it and save yourself having to select columns again, etc.
The overview of the selected LV basic data of the selected service specifications can now help you to assess which offers you need to complete next.
