Capture site reports
Description
- Site reports are used for Documentation of the construction work.
- With BUSINESS MOBIL record this on site at the construction site and send it to the office in electronic form together with the booking data.
- For each construction site, data on the weather, soil conditions, work carried out, obstacles, etc. can be recorded for each day.

The overview is opened. All construction sites are listed here with the days on which bookings were recorded. Is to a construction site in the column Site report and the 
is set, report data is already available for this day.

Record construction site report
In the overview, mark the construction site on the day for which you want to enter data for the construction site report and click in the menu Site reports on 
or double-click with the left mouse button.
The form for entering the data opens.
A separate detection field is available for each section. The data is output in the same subdivision on the printouts.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Bad weather | Make this option active to mark this construction site report for bad weather accounting. |
| Temperature | Enter the air temperature or use the arrow keys to select the temperature. |
| Weather and soil conditions | Common entries are available in the selection list and can be selected with a click of the mouse. In addition, there is always the field Remark available in order to be able to make a more precise description of the weather and soil conditions. |
The capture of the Reporting data is divided in:
- Work carried out
- Non-contractual work carried out
- Orders of the construction management
- Active subcontractors
- Disabilities / interruptions
- Other
Save the entries made by clicking on

Print site report
The following forms are available for printing the construction site reports:
| Form | Description |

| Construction site diary | prints a summary of the construction site report (data on weather, soil conditions, work carried out, etc.) and daily records (wage and equipment hours, material and plant deliveries) for one day. |
| Site report | prints the recorded data on weather, soil conditions, work carried out, etc. of a construction site for one day. |
| Daily proof | prints the recorded wage and device hours as well as material deliveries for one day. |
| Time sheet construction site | prints the recorded wage hours of a construction site for one day, detailed with individual bookings. |
| Time sheet for employees | prints the recorded wage hours of the selected employee for an employee, separated by construction site, including the signature field |
