STLB-BauZ

Description

The STLB-BauZ (Stotherlperformancebuch Construction for Zpermanent contract work) is an extension of the STLB construction and offers a text and price database for regularly recurring building maintenance work. It forms the basis for the procedure for temporary work and framework agreements. In these, unit prices are named for all services, on the basis of which billing is carried out.

Fixed-term contract work is used for maintenance and care work in various building maintenance trades.
In contrast to the STLB-Bau, the STLB-Bau-Z contains prices. These are used in the context of tenders for the bidding and bidding process.

Temporary contract work can be described as follows:
A client (authority, municipality or also commercial, private) puts together a service catalog of various services (e.g. for outdoor facilities, painting work, etc.). This catalog of services is advertised for a specific period of time (usually 1 year, but also 2-3 years). A framework agreement will then be concluded for this period. Ie the services compiled in the catalog have a price and this applies to the period. If damage (e.g. a gap in a hedge) is found at the client, the AG commissions the contractual partner (AN) to carry out the service (repair). No separate tender will be made or any other offer obtained if the service is part of the framework agreement. For example, the contractor plants the hedge and issues an invoice for the agreed price.

The STBL-BauZ is published by DIN and appears at irregular intervals, but usually once a year.
Distribution is via Beuth-Verlag, Berlin.
