STLB construction
Description
The STLB building (Stotherlperformancebuch Construction) contains pre-formulated and composed text modules and calculation data for position descriptions of different trades. The text modules are in the terms of the contract Procurement and Contract Regulations for Construction Services (VOB) underlying. They are used for VOB and DIN-compliant creation of service specifications, cost estimates and for quotation calculations.
STLB-Bau has been binding for public tenders since 1998.
The data is divided into various "books", which are combined into packages (e.g. open-air systems) for sale.
The STLB-Bau is published by DIN and a new issue appears every 6 months (usually in April and October).
Distribution is via Beuth-Verlag, Berlin.
The STLB-BauZ is an extension of the STLB building.
