Description
The following hardware and software is necessary or recommended for working with the program:
If you can choose between a 32- or 64-bit operating system, you should always choose the 64-bit variant. You benefit from increased system performance, especially with extensive calculations and demanding graphics.
32-bit operating system
- Windows 7, 8.1, 10 and the latest service pack for the operating systems. Windows 7 can be installed under all versions. We recommend Business or Ultimate. For Windows 8.1 and 10 we recommend the PRO version. Windows 8.1 RT and 10 Mobile are not supported.
- Processor: at least Intel Core 2 Duo with at least 3,0 GHz and SSE2 technology
- Memory: 4 GB
- Microsoft® Internet Explorer®
64-bit operating system
- Windows 7, 8.1, 10 and the latest service pack for the operating systems. Windows 7 can be installed under all versions. We recommend Business or Ultimate. For Windows 8.1 and 10 we recommend the PRO version. Windows 8.1 RT and 10 Mobile are not supported.

General
- Administrator rights are required for the installation;
- Internet access (E-Email Contact with the DATAflor Hotline / use of DATAflor Online service / access to the online libraries);
- temporary swap file for the operating system approx. 1.50 GB;
- at least 9 GB free hard disk space;
- recommended: suitable software and hardware for data backup;
- Recommended: Packing program for data compression (eg WinZIP);
- recommended: A4 scanner (for scanning photos and plans);
- recommended: anti-virus program.

Graphic card:
We recommend using a professional CAD graphics card. The use of onboard graphics cards (e.g. from Intel or ATI) is not recommended and can lead to performance problems.
Documentation and online help:
The program documentation is only available digitally (online help). The online help can also contain content that is not part of the program. Printed manuals are not available.
