The transfer of your data from your computer to Microsoft Power BI service is done by Microsoft Azure. The connection is in Microsoft Power BI service protected by an individual access token that you receive when setting up the interface. This access token is valid for 1 year.

When setting up, (at least) 1 E-Email-Address to which Microsoft Azure will automatically send a message with the new access token 30 days before your current access token expires. This-Email will be resent 15 days before expiry, 5 days before expiry and on the last day.

a) The web service is not running.
