Partial invoice chain with partial final invoice

In the following we have put together an example for a larger construction project with several down payment, partial final and one final invoice.

Partial invoices

In our example, a cumulative procedure is used up to the first partial final calculation. This means that the bills are added up and the payment amount depends on the bills that have already been issued and paid. Invoices that have already been issued and paid are listed in the footer of the invoice. The quantity origin of the partial invoices is given in AR1 flat rate, or in AR1 and 2 from the order quantity.

Partial invoice 1 - flat rate

Advance invoice 2

Advance invoice 3

Partial final invoice

The quantity origin of the partial final invoice is based on the order quantity.

Partial invoice after partial final invoice

In our example, an additive method is used from the 1st partial final calculation for the following AR. This means that the advance invoice amounts stand for themselves, regardless of the invoices that have already been issued and paid. The quantity origin of the partial invoice is based on the order quantity, whereby the items to be invoiced are selected in each case.

Final invoice with account sheet

This is a final invoice with the client, in which all services to be invoiced are included after the partial final invoice. A list of all AR, TSR and payments can be found in the attached account sheet. In this example, the quantity of the final invoice is also derived from the order quantity.
