Spell Check

With the command Spell Check you can have the existing text checked for spelling mistakes.

1. Select on the tab Text editing in the group Edit the command Spell Check.
2. The elements not contained in the dictionary are shown to you with corresponding ones [suggestions] For improvement.
3. Alternatively, you can make a custom change in the box [Change in] make.
4. Then do one of the following:
   1. [To ignore]to ignore the non-dictionary item.
   2. [ignore all]to ignore all non-dictionary items in the document.
   3. [To change]to change the current item of text and move on to the next item.
   4. [Change All]to change all elements of the text in the document.
   5. [Add]to add the non-dictionary item to the dictionary.
   6. [Undone]to go back to the previous word.
   7. [Abort]to cancel the spell check.
5. After successful correction, the spell check is complete.
   

In the area [Characteristics…] there are other options to choose from.
