Exporting Data

You can save the data that you have compiled with the various evaluation areas of IAP in the file formats XLS (Microsoft Excel) CSV, HTML and TXT output in order to further process them in external programs.

First, compile the data that you want to output and set the table layout in which you want to output the data.

Then click at the bottom of the window and choose whether you want the current view or all data want to export.

The Windows file selection dialog opens. Select the file type (xls, html, txt, csv), enter a file name, select the storage location and confirm with [To save].

The XLS file format enables the data stocks to be processed in Microsoft Excel. Further evaluations are available by integrating formulas (e.g. summation). A graphical evaluation of the data is also possible.

HTML- Files can be viewed with a web browser (e.g. Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator) or integrated into websites.
Another edit of HTMLFiles is e.g. B. possible with Microsoft Word.
