Description
The text editor can be called from various program areas. To do this, double-click on a text field to open the editor. Inside the new Print management a new version of the editor with a more modern appearance is available to you.
TAB stops
You can define your own tab spacing in the editor.
You can set the tab stops by simply clicking on the line ruler.
The manually set tab stops are saved as 
shown.
The automatic tab stops are saved as 
shown.
When setting the tab stops, make sure that they are clearly far enough away from the automatic ones.
The different scaling in the screen view (monitor, resolution, font) and the scaling carried out by the printer driver can in individual cases lead to deviations between the screen display and the printout.
We recommend that you set the distance between the widest column text and the beginning of the next column to at least 0,5 cm.
Load texts
With the help of the editor you can saved texts in RTF format in the text fields of the BUSINESS insert.
To do this, open the menu in the editor File.
You can also use these saved texts Signatures integrate. The added signature image file should, if possible, not exceed the kilobyte limit. Save the original image file with the dimensions as they are to be used on the printout. However, they are not qualified signatures according to § 2 - Signature Act (SigG).
Insert
The loaded text is inserted into the text in the editor in front of the position of the mouse pointer.
Attach
The loaded text is always appended to the end of the text in the editor.
to open
The loaded text replaces the textthat was previously recorded in the editor!
Spell Check
There is a in the info and text fields Spell Check to disposal. An extended dictionary is stored with approx. 10.000 botanical and German plant names, as well as approx. 1.000 technical terms that were taken from the MLV of the FLL.
click on 
in the toolbar of the editor. The spell check will run immediately. If there are unknown words in the text, the following window opens.
Unknown words can ignored, manually or by selecting a suggestion corrected as well as added to the dictionary.
The new editor
To load a saved RTF text in the new editor, click in the menu Deploy
The loaded text is inserted in the editor in front of the position of the mouse pointer.
Text written or edited in the editor can be accessed via Lay down save as a file.
In print management, as in the text fields, you also have access to the selection list of the text variables. To do this, enter in the desired place in the text [ on. In the selection list you will find all available text variables that you can select with one click. Below each variable is the value with which it is filled at this point.
It is also possible to insert a picture in the editor.
When you have finished editing the text, click in the menu Save and close.
