GAEB position assignment

Description

These assignments can be used in the DATAflor BUSINESS show the following items in conformity with GAEB.

  • Basic and elective positions
  • Reference and repeat descriptions and
  • Leading and sub-descriptions.

You can link the respective positions in the menu.

Basic and elective position

You determine the position assignment of the basic and optional position via the position types Alternative and Electoral position with the position identifier.

If you create a new position as an optional position, a dialog opens in which you are asked for the basic position, i.e. the reference.

Reference and repetition description

With reference and repetition descriptions, positions can be described in abbreviated form with information such as in[..] or however[..].

For example:

  • Reference description position 01: Preparatory earthworks for road construction with disposal.
  • Repeat description position 02: As position 01 however without disposal.

Reference descriptions are provided with BB and repeat descriptions with WB characterized.

Leading and sub-description

In the case of particularly extensive descriptions, a position can be composed of a master description and one or more sub-descriptions.

For example:

  • Guide description - laying out the terrace
    • Sub-description 1 - Create subgrade
    • Sub-description 2 - Lay the plaster

Guiding descriptions are through LB and sub-descriptions through UB characterized.

Put a text position TE to mark it as an underscription. You will then be prompted by a dialog for the associated guidance description (a SPosition).


The respective information on the assignments is listed to the right of the item identifier and always relates to the respective associated / dependent item.
