Assign / remove construction sites
Assign construction sites
Select the entry in the directory tree on the left construction sites. All construction sites are now displayed on the right-hand side of the screen. The selection list of the construction sites is as in the Project management shown according to client, project, object and LV.
Select Full viewto in the project tree LV display, or active construction sitesto only get out of construction sites with status BA and BB to choose.
You can also view the construction sites by entering a term in the field Filter to LV number or LV designation restrict. Confirm your entry with Enter or by clicking 
.
Entering a space before the search term performs a full-text search and also finds words that contain the search term.
- Entering the word 'parking lot' finds all construction sites that begin with 'parking lot' (e.g. parking lot for a supermarket).
- Entering [space] parking space 'also finds all construction sites that contain the word' parking space '(eg new parking lot).
Put the check mark next to the construction sites that you want to assign to the team 
. The assignment is made by clicking on 
. You take over all construction sites by clicking on 
.
Save your entries by clicking on 
in the menu. The construction sites assigned to the team are displayed in the directory tree on the left-hand side of the screen.
Construction sites that are already assigned to the team are displayed in gray in the list of construction sites on the right-hand side of the screen.
Remove construction sites
To remove construction sites, tick the box in the directory tree on the left-hand side of the screen and click on 
. You can remove all of the team's construction sites by clicking 
.
