Basic settings
Description
Various options are available for working with the annual working time management.
Open the annual working time administration and mark the entry in the directory tree Masterdata Managment . The setting options are displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.
Make the following settings for new ones Target time calendar before:
Subsequent changes have no effect on already existing target time calendars.
Start of the billing period
This is the date from which postings are generated. This date field is intended for future extensions and currently has no effect in the program.
Pre-assignment working days
Start with the days of the week 
that at Target time calendar invest can be pre-assigned as days on which the employees should work. The "usual" weekdays in Germany are set by default, Monday to Friday. The weekend days Saturday and Sunday can be added individually.
Separate settings for each calendar
Enable You the option to order for each Working time group to be able to define different working days.
Book public holidays as paid time
In the Target time calendar invest becomes the option Book public holidays as paid time automatically pre-assigned.
