Partial invoice 3 - proof of quantity
Payments of partial invoices (partial payments) are intended to compensate the contractor for the expense of the partial and preliminary work carried out up to the time of invoicing.
The basis for billing is the proof of quantity. Billing takes place here based on exact measurements and recording of the detailed quantities and dimensions.
- Details of the service provided with date, receipt, due dates and the outstanding amount.
- Payments on account have no influence on the liability for defects and warranty of the entrepreneur and do not count as acceptance of the partial services billed by him.
