Description

The aim and purpose of the assignment is to control the construction site by checking current information about the executing teams (columns).
The data field is the higher-level control instance Construction manager to be understood from the order specification. This identifier is used for an entire construction site.
A site manager has several construction sites. The assignment, on the other hand, is possible in multiple differentiated form per construction site and thus serves to optimize the view of the people involved in the construction. In this way, the differently specialized teams (columns) can be assigned to the respective services and then evaluated for each assignment.

With the assignment, a responsible team leader / column leader can be assigned to the corresponding positions.
Since, in contrast to the construction site account, which corresponds to the accounting, delivery notes, equipment and wage costs are also currently (temporarily) shown in the assignments, the responsible construction manager can currently assess the performance of his team leaders and intervene at short notice in the event of unexpected deviations.
The delivery note / invoice comparison may result in other values ​​for the final construction site result and the accounting. An assessment of the effectiveness of individual team leaders is also possible and, if necessary, transparent for profit sharing.

In addition, there is the possibility of a 2nd assignment to streamline the accounting by condensing the information. Detailed information is then directly visible in the 2nd assignment instead of in the construction site account and the bookkeeping. With aggregation, for example, a breakdown of sales by area of ​​activity or order type would be possible.
