Description
Surcharge in% on the Hourly wages to determine the Calculated wage.
Public holidays, vacation days, collectively agreed and company days of absence, sick days with continued payment of wages are considered social wages.
The percentage calculation can be found in the calculation sheets for surcharges from the state gardening, landscaping and sports field construction associations.
