Description
An employee's productive hours are the hours that the employee works for the company and the company can sell to the customer.
As a rule, public holidays, vacation days, sick days, etc. are not counted as productive hours. But also unpaid set-up and travel times or work on the building yard etc. can be excluded from the calculation of the total amount of the sellable time.
