The dynamic construction data is divided into the different areas:
| DBD cost approaches | DBD cost approaches offer the possibility of automatically dividing a service description into its individual costs and cost values. |
| DBD construction prices | DBD construction prices offer orientation prices or price shares based on the service descriptions. |
| DBD cost elements | DBD cost components are based on the component or element method. Entire components are created in the process. These contain a service text, an orientation price, a trade assignment and an assignment according to DIN276 cost groups. |
