Documentation
Description
A verifiable and REB-compliant documentation of the services provided is essential for a construction accounting. The combination of a Total station With a powerful CAD program and modern calculation software, the process is simplified many times over. The results are meaningful plans and a verifiable proof of quantity.
The documentation plays an important role in the construction billing, where, for example, in addition to the actual size of an area, proof of its calculation must also be provided. This generally applies to all objects and quantities within the settlement. There are different procedures for the different geometric bodies, which should be clarified with those involved in the planning beforehand. In DATAflor All common CAD methods are available: On the one hand, the purely graphic representation in CAD planning, on the other hand, the output of lists or the transfer to DATAflor BUSINESS and writing REB compliant Proof of quantities.
Adjust documentation
Only those objects can be documented that were previously in the Object manager were recorded. Different configurations and options are available depending on the object type.
As soon as you have defined the documentation for the object type, you can lock these settings for the selected group and use them in the Theme Manager to save:
In the Options additional presets can be defined.
For a purely graphic documentation, working with the coupling is on DATAflor BUSINESS unnecessary. If a quantity certificate is to be generated, the objects must first be assigned to positions. For this you need the BUSINESS-Link. Alternatively, a proof of quantity to an imported he gruntedFile can be generated (see Advanced he grunted-Import > he grunted Import and export). No coupling is necessary here.
Create and edit documentation
You will find the following functions in the dialog for creating and editing documentation.
feature | Description |
---|---|
Produce | The objects are documented using the preconfigured settings. |
Delete | Deletes all documentation in the hierarchy, including manually created or edited documentation. |
Test edges | Edges to which the documentation is aligned can be defined within an area. please refer Automatic documentation via test edges |
Variant | Automatically creates another documentation variant for the breakdown into standard geometries. please refer Automatic documentation |
Edit manually | Editing of the existing documentation. please refer Edit documentation manually |
Draw the control line | A straight line can be defined inside or outside an area, to which the documentation is aligned. please refer Automatic documentation via control line |
Mass list | Generates the Mass list for the objects of the selected subtree structure. |
copy into blocks | The documentation objects are copied in blocks. please refer Edit documentation in the drawing |
orthogonal | Vertical test edges, on which the documentation is aligned, are automatically created along a selected ordinate. see Automatic documentation via orthogonal |
Testing | This call is used to compare the documented number of objects with the exact number. please refer Check documentation |
Documentation can be simplified (see Simplify documentation). That Deviation zwischen der exact amount and the simplified documentation (documented amount) of the selected drawing object is displayed in the Documentation area below the functions.
As soon as an object has been copied, information is found here as to whether the selected object is the original or the copy.
