Context menus in the object manager
Description
In this chapter you will find a selection of the functions available in the window Object manager are available via the right mouse button. The functions displayed depend on the position in the mass tree.
context menu
| feature | Description |
|---|---|
| New group | Creates a new folder in the mass tree. |
| Important | Marks a hierarchy level as important. |
| Derive contour | Connects the selected objects with the help of contour tracking and inserts them as one object in the mass tree (see Contours and objects) |
| Choose object | Via the object selection, you can add objects to the currently selected group by selecting them in the drawing. |
| Objects zoom | Displays the selected object or the objects of the selected group on the screen. The zoom factor can be adjusted via the Options can be set. |
| Info | Opens the Info dialog. In this, all the settings for the properties of the objects such as labeling, graphics and documentation can be made for the currently selected level in the Mass tree to be hit. |
Edit
| feature | Description |
|---|---|
| Delete | Deletes the object from the mass tree. Deleted objects are not removed from the drawing. For contour lines (see Contours) this can optionally be switched on in the configuration (see Options). On the other hand, when deleting drawing objects that are in Object manager are recorded, they are also removed from the mass tree at the same time. A notice appears for this. |
| Copy | Copies the object selected in the mass tree. |
| cut out | Cuts the object selected in the mass tree. |
| Insert | Inserts the copied or cut object at the marked position. |
Contours
| feature | Description |
|---|---|
| Visible | Makes the contours of the hierarchy level visible. |
| Invisible | Switches the contours of the hierarchy level invisible. |
| Testing | Checks the contours of the selected hierarchy level. |
| Fix | Fixes the contours of the selected hierarchy level. |
| Remove the fixation | Unfixed the contours. |

| feature | Description |

| Position coupling | Imports a specification of services DATAflor BUSINESS (please refer BUSINESS-Link). |
| Update LV | Updates the quantities in the specification of services or in the offer and the LV structure in the drawing. |
| Advanced he grunted Import | Imported a he grunted-LV and automatically creates a position coupling with DATAflor BUSINESS. |
| Services | Opens the catalog with the standard services. |
| assignment | Shows the LV and quantity statements assigned to the drawing. |
| Append position | Opens the dialog for entering general position data. The new position is inserted at the end of the position tree in the selected hierarchy. |
| Screenshots | Opens the submenu Screenshots. |
| Update texts | This function updates all texts created via the object manager. |

Documentation
| feature | Description |

| Produce | The objects are documented using the preconfigured settings. |
| Delete | Deletes all documentation in the hierarchy, including manually created or edited documentation. |
| Variant | Automatically creates another documentation variant for the breakdown into standard geometries. please refer Automatic documentation |
| Copy to blocks | The documentation objects are copied in blocks. please refer Edit documentation in the drawing |
| Edit | Starts manual editing of the existing documentation. please refer Edit documentation manually |
| Draw the control line | A straight line can be defined inside or outside an area, to which the documentation is aligned. see Automatic documentation via control line |
| Test edges | Edges to which the documentation is aligned can be defined within an area. please refer Automatic documentation via test edges |
| orthogonal | Vertical test edges, on which the documentation is aligned, are automatically created along a selected ordinate. see Automatic documentation via orthogonal |
| Testing | This call is used to compare the documented number of objects with the exact number. see Check documentation |
Tools
| feature | Description |

| Reset documentation text | With this call, the texts of the documentation are set back to the starting position. see Reset documentation text |
| Refresh graphics | With this option, the entire in Object manager assigned plan graphics are recalculated. By entering factors, scaling can be carried out at the same time. This is very helpful, for example, when adapting to different scales. please refer Refresh graphics |
| Update texts | This function updates all texts created via the object manager. |
| Recalculate quantities | This function recalculates all quantities. please refer Recalculate quantities |
| Generate legend | Generates a legend from the mass tree structure and the objects it contains and then inserts it into the drawing. see Create legend |
| Renumber objects | With this call, all recorded objects in the mass tree can be renumbered. please refer Renumber / rename objects |
| Reset manual tree sorting | Resets the sort order of the mass tree structure to the setting defined in the options. please refer Options |
| Transfer graphic | With this function, the graphics of the existing graphic variants are automatically converted into Google Earth graphics. please refer Transfer graphic |
Graphic cost estimation

| show mistakes | The Show Errors checks the tree in the object manager for structural errors and displays them. |

| Excel delivery | Opens the Excel export of the graphic cost estimate |
