Additional planning sections
You can add further planning sections to your construction sites in the following three ways.
- Additional planning sections can be added to all construction sites to which no work packages exist, be created.
- The function Planning sections as a series invest is yours with the license Construction site manager pro is available for storage, management and analysis.

With a double-click in the desired date cell of the construction site, you create another, empty planning section.
Duplicate planning section
About the entry Duplicate in the context menu with the right mouse button or with a keyboard shortcut Ctrl+D create a copy of your construction site including the planned resources. This further planning section can be planned independently of the original construction site.
Planning sections as a series invest
Go to the Couching a recurring appointment, e.g. for nursing courses with fixed repeat appointments, open the dialog Edit construction site about the entry Edit in the context menu of the right mouse button. Choose the entry Multiple time periods and then set the appointment pattern and appointment duration of the series. If required, you can also add several independent series to one construction site invest.
For your planning section, define it as a series invest If necessary, first enter the desired date and time and fill it with the necessary resources before making the settings for the series.
Edit entire series
Mark any planning section of the series and open the dialog Edit construction site with the settings Multiple time periods. The changes made there (color, addition, note, appointment template and appointment duration) are transferred to all planning sections of the series.
Edit a single planning section of a series
Mark the planning section of the series to be changed and open the dialog Edit construction site with the settings A period. The changes made there (color, addition, date, time, note and interruptions) are only transferred to the selected planning section.
Delete entire series
Mark any planning section of the series and select the entry in the context menu with the right mouse button Delete or via the keyboard Del out. Then confirm the dialog Confirm deletion with the choice Starred entries and all series items.
Delete a single planning section of a series
Mark one or more planning sections of the series to be deleted and select the entry in the context menu with the right mouse button Delete or via the keyboard Del out. Then confirm the dialog Confirm deletion with the choice Marked Entries.
Delete series from a certain planning section
Mark the planning section from which the series is to be deleted and select the entry in the context menu with the right mouse button Delete or via the keyboard Del out. Then confirm the dialog Confirm deletion with the choice Marked entries and subsequent series items.
The following procedure is recommended for changing a series from a certain planning section:
- Delete the series up to the planning segment from which the series is to be changed.
- Duplicate the last planning section and make your changes, such as swapping resources or making changes to the date and time.
- Mark the changed, duplicated planning section and create a new series for this section.
