Example: Commissioned construction sites in progress
Description
In the IAP evaluation area Audit of construction site sums you can, for example, get an overview of which construction sites have not yet been completed, ie for which you have not yet created a final invoice for the audit.
Application
Start the program part IAP, choose the area Audit of construction site sums and confirm with [Continue].
Do not make any changes to the standard settings in order to take into account all of the data. Confirm the setting with [Continue].
Remove 
The check mark for that Quick view and use the functions for layout to edit:
- Remove the columns like Sum Si (Sum of the securities), which are displayed by default, but are not required for this evaluation.
- Add the columns Workspace and LV identifier added.
- Move the columns in the order you want.
- For example, group the records by Workspace and LV identifier, in order to display the construction sites according to work areas and LV identifier and to form the total over the individual columns.
- Filter the data by column RG type (Invoice type of the last invoice) and select all invoice types except SR (Final invoice).
If you like that layout you can save the table in the next evaluation immediately layout open and save yourself having to select columns again, etc.
In the overview you can now see all the commissioned construction sites for which you have not yet created a final invoice for the audit. The construction sites are listed according to work areas and LV IDs.
