The innovations listed here refer to the entire program. Some functions are license-dependent and are not available to all users.

Address manager

  • Bank details - A new input field for the IBAN, BLZ or BIC has been created for entering bank details. You can enter the IBAN directly and the program will automatically fill in all bank fields. The BIC field is no longer a mandatory field.
  • Print master sheet - The print settings of the master sheet are saved so that the last setting is loaded when you call it up again.
  • Print master sheet - The data field "Function of the contact" is available for the form variants. The form variants can be customized for each company.

Project management

LV processing

Preliminary calculation

Apps

  • Site reports for TIME - The app DATAflor TIME has been expanded to include the ability to record construction site reports. Upon request, also with the client's signature.   • Data transmission - Revision and improvement of the data transfer from the apps to the BUSINESS Server.
  • Availability of the apps - The TIME App for iOS devices (Apple) will be available from mid-August. The Android version is expected to appear at the end of September.


Post calculation

  • new NK search - A comfort search (similar to the search for LV, Addresses and the construction file). The search result is displayed in a table that supplements and expands the previous booking history.
  • Deadline quantities for care billing - There is now the option of entering data from the daily report and importing bookings TIME-App and other programs to automatically set an accounting indicator for the creation of deadlines for the batch printing of maintenance bills.
  • Price agreements - When entering delivery notes, after selecting a LV and a supplier, all stored price agreements (type PV) are displayed on a new tab. This enables quick access when recording.
  • Supplier invoices - The new parameters 80.30.110 and 80.50.50 are available, which control the recording of payment conditions and the gross amounts.


Construction file

  • Construction site costs - The printouts construction site costs sums and details can now be included in the construction file of the LV on request.
  • Delivery note list - The printout of the delivery note list can now be included in the LV's construction file if required.

Construction site manager

  • Hourly planning - Personnel and equipment can now also be used by the hour. The smallest planning unit is 1/4 hour.
  • Planning of resources - In addition to the previous planning of construction sites, from version 2018 the resources can also be planned. This means that construction sites can be assigned to the personnel or equipment.
  • Additional view - An additional view is available in the lower part of the screen, which shows the operating times within the construction site planning when you click on the resource. In the resource view, when you click on a construction site, its planning bar is displayed.
  • free sorting of resources - In the resource view, the sorting of the personnel and the devices can be changed to manual and a free order of the names can be created.
  • Print planning view - The current planning view can be exported as an image file or PDF. You can then use the Windows image functions or a PDF reader to edit or print out the plans.
  • Print details - For construction sites, site managers or those responsible, the planning data can be printed out on a daily basis with detailed information.
  • Conflicts with appointments from the personnel manager - Any unwanted conflicts with appointments from the personnel manager (e.g. vocational school) can be resolved in the construction site manager using a key combination (Alt-S).
  • Visibility of the resource view - The view of the resources (available with Pro license) is also visible if only the "See" rights are assigned.


Finance

  • The financial accounting interfaces DATEV 32 and DATEV 32 without a clearing account have been expanded. The general ledger data can now be transferred either as a mailing file or in DATEV format. Note on changing the transfer format
  • new financial accounting interface DATEV pro - A new interface is available for the transfer of incoming and outgoing invoice data as well as master data and documents to Datev pro. We would be happy to provide you with a service offer for setting up the new or changing from the old interface.
  • new overview before financial accounting transfer - An overview table was developed for the new DATEV pro interface in which all bookings to be transferred are summarized. If necessary, these can be edited there before the transfer.
  • Extension of the booking procedure "partial invoices not due" - The booking logic for the case that you want to book partial invoices with "VAT not due" have been adapted to the possibilities of the new DATEV pro and are available as a set-up option.   • Print reminders - The reminder can now be printed separately according to business areas.
  • Number range for advance payment invoices - A separate number range is now available for the billing invoices for the document numbers for the invoice printout. A new program parameter regulates whether you want to use this.
  • Extension of rights management - With the extended user administration the right Processing of financial data renamed to Allocation of financial data. In addition, was the right Transfer of financial data introduced.

Planned costs

  • Overviews - In addition to the planning overview, further overviews are available.
  • prints - The planning overview and the surcharge data (including filling out aids for the EFB) can be printed out.

Master data devices

  • Connection to geoCapture - After the integration of the geoCapture data into the BUSINESS-Device master in the 2017 version, the transfer of employee data and order data to the geoCapture time recording is now available. The data recorded there can be read in via the post calculation import.

Master data annual working time

  • Start of work / breaks - As a basis for planning in the construction site manager, the daily start of work and the break times can be stored for each working time group.
  • Date of Expiry - A validity date is available when assigning working time groups to employees. For example, it is possible to change from a full AK to a part-time AK within one year. These data are taken into account in the construction site manager, the personnel manager and the planned costs.

prints

  • LV letter - In addition to the offer, order confirmation and invoice, the print variable [EXECUTION LOCATION] is now also available in the subject and the text of the letter for this printing.
  • Amounts target / actual - This expression is now also available for LV with the status LV, LA and AA. This gives you the opportunity to compare the quantities from the specification with your preliminary measurements as early as the tender or offer phase.

  • KERplus - The KERplus software can be connected to data from BUSINESS. If necessary, please request an individual offer.

System

  • Telephony - The BUSINESS Telephony has been completely revised and, in conjunction with your telephone system, supports you in managing your telephone calls. Telephony identifies the incoming call number and, if available, shows you the associated name. You can enter an activity for this name directly or switch to the address manager.
  • Individual database views - For the connection of external programs it is possible to set up database views in order to enable access to selected data in the database. If necessary, please request an individual offer.
